Easy process, good tub
Got a new hot tub from these guys last month, one of the Platinum Series. The whole thing was pretty easy, from looking on their site to actually getting it delivered. Didn't have any issues with the order or anything, it just showed up when they said it would. It's been great to use, feels really sturdy too. Happy with how it all turned out.
Good hot tub, delivery hiccups
I bought a 13A Plug and Play Hot Tub a few weeks ago. The tub itself is really good for the price, heats up nicely and was pretty easy to get set up once it was delivered. However, the delivery date was pushed back by three days, which was a bit inconvenient as I had arranged help for the original day. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would have been better to have the original date met. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but the logistics could be a bit smoother.
